Analgesic Healthcare is excited about their 2017 accreditation renewal survey that will be coming up in the near future. In the meantime, the company has analyzed the final numbers from it’s 2016 Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and presented the QIP results in a companywide meeting during the month of January.
A few months ago AHC discussed the importance of accreditation and the QIP plan in it’s Q3 companywide meeting. Analgesic Healthcare is proud of accomplishing 98% or higher in the areas of Patient Satisfaction, File Accuracy, Product Delivery, and Patient Record/Compliance. Additionally, the organization has received less than <1% in Patient Complaints, and had less than 5% in new patient Unit Returns.
The company has been accredited since 2005, and while accreditation is not mandatory for Analgesic Healthcare, they choose to be accredited to maintain our company’s gold standard in healthcare.
Attaining accreditation is invaluable because it helps to establish Analgesic Healthcare’s credibility and reputation as an organization with ongoing and continuous compliance with the highest standard of quality. With this recognition, Analgesic Healthcare is set apart from other healthcare organizations as a provider of choice. This will strengthen the company’s current patients and future patients trust in us as a leading healthcare organization.
The accrediting agency assigned to AHC will conduct an onsite survey before or by March 31, 2017. During this survey, the surveyor will review things such as:
This is also Analgesic’s opportunity to demonstrate how they’ve maintained continuous compliance with the ACHC Standards for Accreditation.
